AJIO – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Such a worst service! Please don't pay before getting the package. I was supposed to get 3 products out of which only one product has been delivered stating it all the 3 products have been delivered. Fraud people. Don't get flattered away with the offers and discounts they provide.

If had the option,even a zero would be too much. Received a damaged product. Put in 4 return requests in 2 weeks . Put in a mail with photographs, return request with photographs. Pick up gets rejected twice at door due to damage which is the reason for return stated clearly in all return requests in 2 weeks, mail sent after 1st rejection at door, endless calls and discussions with customer care. All the team does is cancel an ongoing request, ask to put in a fresh request(which you do- 5 times), then give false assurances and harrass you endlessly.. Some of the team members are appallingly impudent and arrogant, have absolutely no concept of even acknowledging in the slightest their repeated errors ( if that is what one can even call this. This is deliberate fraud) and even worse think they can intimidate you. THE AUDACITY !!!...No competency and more importantly no ethics...This is the worst experience I have had with any company..I could write pages on the harrassing experience as such few words don't do justice to what I have suffered due to these people..They do not value your money, much less your time, and even less your mental experience..One can forgive incompetence to a certain point (not this) and definitely not unethical practices... Ajio deserves minus marks for their service.

Bought a branded bag for x amount which was on Lil discount , after paying online for it i realised I put the wrong delivery address , so i spoke to them if they could change it and they said no , asked me to cancel the order and reorder with the correct address this time , and the first orders money would be refunded to me in a few days , which wasnt a problem for me , so i go to reorder and now the price has come back to the original price in just a few secs and the slashed / discounted price no longer exists , i was in utter shock , i mean whatttt just happened , they just removed the discount knowing i would order it in a min again ..

I really like the clothes in this store. They are exceptional and highly current. Every now and then, new, stylish products are added. Shipping is quite quick! If you're looking for the right dress, I definitely recommend it. I was ordering pants for the first time, and the quality is excellent!
