Airistech – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I ordered the "Herbva Viva". The issue is the mouthpiece. It isn't for long term use. It expands and eventually cracks after periodic use. This makes it nearly unusable unless you force it down to inhale the herb and/or use a thumbnail with rubber bands.. I know that production cost is a factor but the piece should be magnetic. I had to order another mouthpiece and had the same results. I most recently placed two orders. One in August of 2021 for a Airis switch, to avoid using an inferior mouthpiece, and one again for the same item October of 2021 after I emailed customer support and got no response. Fortunately the transactions didn't go through. The warranty for their products is very limited and realistically only covers a defective battery. Not defects in product design like the Herba Viva. They also deleted my review on their website which was real and detailed because it would lower their product rating. Their are many complaints online about the Herba Viva alone.
