I placed an order during the sales period, a set of underwear- briefs and a bra. I paid for the set and delivery, the delivery is quite expensive, but in general, I was ready to pay it for a set of underwear. A few days later, I received an email that the order had been sent, and there were only one briefs in the order. The following letter came with the return of the bra, I wrote to support, since I was not ready to buy one briefs with delivery at the same price Karolina from support helped me a lot with the return of briefs and money for delivery, was very patient and answered all my questions I hope in the future the company will set up a system to track the actual quantity of goods in stock or at least inform customers before shipping that some items are out of stock Thank you

Despite initially refusing my refund because the return date had passed but after explaining that it was a Christmas present bought early, Agent Provocateur agreed to the refund. I am very satisfied with the outcome having given them a little time to re-examine their decision.
