AgaveDenim – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I bought some jeans from these guys and had them shipped to me in Canada from their location in LA. $70 to ship a pair of pants. Never, ever again. Their jeans look nice on their website, but they are oversized. By a lot. When the "agave concierge" finally got back to me after writing them to ask why they jeans I paid so much for fit so poorly, they told me that "most of our customers go down a size". I had to ask them how their customers know to size down, because there is no indication on their website that they're selling pants that are two sizes too big, and nobody from customer service ever responds to inquiries. I tried reaching out to them twice by email before I bought from them. To this day they have not replied to either of those emails. They wrote back to tell me they will update their website to reflect that their sizing is off by a mile, but that was almost three weeks ago and there's been no change, and there never will be. They just lied to placate me. Just like they lie about their product sizing, just like they lie with their product photos. Before I forget, the colour was off, being about half as dark as the photos suggested. My impression is that this is a snake oil company, typical of most American businesses in my experience. I really need to stop buying things from that country.
