Afloral – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Afloral is absolutely a stand-up company. A year ago, I bought some faux botanicals from them. They were beautiful, but to my disappointment, they didn't hold up well. Specifically, they lost leaves and unlike with most expensive faux botanicals, I was unable to re-attach the leaves that fell off. I posted a negative review stating this, and Afloral reached out to me and said it appeared that I'd received a flawed product (which can happen with anything). Furthermore, they said they'd be happy to either replace the product or give me a refund. I opted for a refund, and within a couple of days, I received it. So I'll recommend them without reservation, and I'll buy from them again.

Great customer service and really beautiful products. Unfortunately, my first order was stolen from my porch before I could pick it up but the company really graciously replaced it and refunded my shipping costs. It will take them 48 hours to respond to any requests because i believe they are a small operation but the replacement order did not disappoint! Really high quality faux flowers and I’m excited to buy more!

I ordered the faux potted palm and could not be happier with this purchase. It is beautifully made and looks so realistic! It was packaged so carefully and was delivered within 3 days of ordering! Very satisfied customer!

There was a little mixup with the shipping address but this company stood behind their products and got the situation under control in a timely manner, and was very fair about it. Thank you AFLORAL.

I’ve been wanting to get the Norfolk garland for sometime now but It is out of stock most of the time. I started checking their website every day until they restocked, I was able to snag one. I was so excited to get my 15 feet Norfolk garland but they sent me the wrong item; I got a potted pine tree instead. (not sure why) It’s pretty upsetting because the garland is out of stock again and I saw they won’t be restocking their holiday collection. I emailed customer service but still haven’t heard from them. Update: Afloral contacted me and not only they let me keep the pine tree but also were able to send me one new garland. I will continue to order from them. Great costumer service.
