ACTA – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Very unhappy with the lever of customer service. Unfortunately Acta incorrectly declared the value of the goods in my delivery and I was subsequently charged over £55 in customs fees. Hopefully I will hear able to claim this back but what has disappointed me the most is that Acta have been u willing to accept that this was their mistake. I would advise not to order from the UK as they don’t know what they’re doing re. customs declarations. Such a shame as I’ve ordered from them a number of time before but recently have had a few issues, and this was the last straw. I will not be ordering from them again.(I was also an ‘ambassador’ but seeing how badly I was treated I’ll be removing my code so no one else is encouraged to buy from them)

Acta will delete bad reviews from their website to give the illusion that all their products are great. I bought a bra from them that fell apart within two hours of use. I wrote a review about this and they deleted it from their company. Thanks for nothing Acta!

Endnu en l*rteside, som udgiver sig for at være amerikansk. Er den måske også. Men deres L*** kommer fra Kina, og det er ikke engang billigt! Så det er garanteret endnu et stykke l*rtetøj der er lige til skraldespanden - penge ud af vinduet. Sådan nogle svindlere! :(
