I wanted a set of 4 acoustic panels (bass traps) with a photo art face that was not a standard offer on their website. So I called in to sales support. The person on the phone, Rico, was professional, helpful and friendly, and made me feel like a valued customer. He arranged the custom order for exactly what I needed. I also ordered a set of 10 standard acoustic panels from their web catalog. Production took a few weeks, which was reasonable. Shipping was quite prompt, with a tracking number provided. I've now received the panels. They were very well packaged, to help prevent damage during shipping. All of them look gorgeous, exactly as hoped for. I'm a very satisfied customer.

This review is specifically for raw Owens Corning 703, not for any pre-made products. I built my own frames and wrapped them in fabric myself. In the past I needed to custom order Owens Corning 703 from a construction supply company, which was a huge pain. I needed to drive 40 minutes to a very unsafe area of Oakland to pick it up. With Acoustimac I got what I needed delivered to my house and shipping was also quicker than expected. I don't know what the cost difference was compared to the construction supply company but whatever it was it was completely worth it. Acoustimac also was the best price I found online anywhere.
