I love tea, and you have it good. There are some cons, as the price ... I would like more discounts on tea. But in general I am satisfied. I hope in 2019 you will become even better, and I will continue to order excellent tea from you.

I've tried many of your teas and have ordered over 10 times since I first heard of you guys in 2014, I am very loyal to yourtea. I love your teas, they work quite well but I have a few issues.. Almost every time I've ordered, a good portion of the tea bags are ripped inside, or make it impossible to open without the tea spilling out. It's frustrating because I pay a good amount for the tea and would appreciate being able to use all of the product. Also, on the website it would be helpful to list the amount of caffeine in the tea. I have bad anxiety and sometimes, if I want to drink some tea, I have to decide whether or not the anxiety will be worth the tea's effects, like in the anti-c tea I am currently drinking not very often because of this, for example. Other than that, amazing service and quick shipping time!
