What fantastic customer service I received in the Lexicon Bracknell store today. 2 ladies Sheila and Katie went above and beyond making my shop in store an absolute pleasure. I ordered two large Yankee Candles online The process was easy I was then kept up to date about the delivery and informed with an apology when the date for the delivery was changed When the package arrived the candles had been packed and protected in such a professional way I was really impressed The candles are perfect they look good and more importantly smell divine and beautiful
