Ordered from them in early December. Never received the package. Was notified that is was transferred to USPS but upon contacting USPS they said the package has never been scanned into their possession. 2 months later the card that I paid for the materials with was hacked and my account was drained entirely. Thankfully my bank provided a resolution, however, I would never order from them again.

J'en suis à ma 5eme commande, et mon ressenti est très bon ! Les perles sont belles et identiques à ce que j'ai pu commander sur des sites français, les fils, les cuirs sont de belle qualité, les outils solides, les fermoirs au top (pour l'acier inoxydable). Le seul bémol porte sur le site lui même qui pourrait être mieux réalisé, impossible de sélectionner plusieurs filtres du même groupe ce qui fait perdre pas mal de temps vu qu'il y a énormément de choix. Sinon côté transport je choisis toujours SL EUR et nickel le tout arrive en 5 jours ouvrés une fois expédié. Attention aux droits et taxes si votre commande est importante avec un autre transporteur. Parfois la préparation de commande peut prendre du temps: c'est qu'un article est en rupture il faut leur envoyer un email pour savoir ce qui bloque et ils vous répondent dans les 24h même le week-end. Dans ces cas là je préfère supprimer l'article manquant et recevoir ma commande, ils vous remboursent directement, et sachez que les retours sont possibles à une adresse en France chez un de leur sous-traitant.

I ordered a large amount of Capiz shells all which arrived in the UK in excellent condition and in excellent time. Communication was good and efficient. Will definitely use them again.

I bought some products from them on June 3rd. Having no longer received any news regarding my order, on June 15th I wrote to their customer service asking for explanations and they replied "Sorry we will open at tomorrow 17, June, will ship your order out asap". Today, June 22, I checked their site and my order is still in "paking" status. I will never buy from them again.

I bought lots of items in small quantities and they were delivered perfectly and exactly as described. Customers have to read carefully about the items they are buying as from there you will be able to assess the durability and suitability for your creations. Excellent service and will buy many more items in future.
