There was an issue w/an order. Cristin emailed me that the shipping & billing were both the same. She wanted me 2 let me know when I got my item. So, that everything was ok.

Placed an order. Found out someone else had ordered me the items as a gift. Went through the live chat and they were quickly able to cancel my order before being shipped. Money came back into my account the very next day. Thanks!

Sheilah was extremely helpful meeting my needs today. She was polite, prompt, and clear in what the process would be. Sheilah helped me reach a resolution rather quickly and the communication through out was exemplary. If Sheilah could be cloned, I'd suggest the employer pay top dollar to have 100 of Sheilah.
