WOLACO – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Currently experiencing poor customer service. Finally made a purchase and they use USPS for shipping. USPS “says” delivered inside mail box. I live in a high rise no one can steal from inside my mail box. Wolaco wants me to call usps. As a its not my problem solution. So this is how this company operates. Take your money. After that its not their problem. I will call usps , ill file a claim. Wait the 14-28 days for them to only says what we already know. “It says delivered “. To then file a dispute with my cc because wolaco has a its not my problem go figure it out yourself customer service team. There goes $95. This is unacceptable as a company!!!!!!!
