Great concierge service! Kim was awesome!! Highly recommend!!!

I was specific about NOT shipping wine until the weather cools. I received 3 bottles of wine , just short of 900.00 which were delivered when our temp was in the mid 90s today. The came in a plain cardboard box, no styrofoam and NO ice packs. What were you thinking? I want to hear from someone in charge or if you prefer will just dispute the charges until something is worked out. I don’t know if the wine was cooked but the external temp was extremely hot. The box did not say perishable or keep cool. I order wines from a dozen luxury wineries and buy from at least four of your competitors. You should be ashamed. I feel very cheated. This is not the first time. I let it go earlier and just made sure to let you know I’m concerned about our weather till at least the end of Oct. when I saw you shipped, I assumed it would be kept cool. You would think I was buying jug wine not Sassicaia. I’ll wait for a call. 713-269-6106. It’s time to Fire your logistics and shipping personnel. A very disappointed customer. I would strongly discourage anyone from ordering from this on-line merchant. Their practices are borderline fraud. I was told my wine was shipped 6 days after the order was placed. But UPS had no record of the shipment. When I contacted customer service, I was told shipments normally take 7 to 10 days. It's now been well over two weeks. I will be disputing the order through my credit card bank.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a bottle as a gift to be delivered in 7-10 days. The link to track my order on the website only said "Your order has shipped." After a few weeks, the intended recipient told me they never received the wine. Customer service said it was returned because of failed delivery attempts, even though I never received any notification that delivery attempts had been made. They then charged me for return shipping and restocking fees. They did offer to re-ship the wine, but then told me the bottle I ordered was no longer in stock. I asked if they could send a cheaper bottle from the same brand, they said no. I asked if they would send a new bottle when it's back in stock, they said no. It has now been too long for me to dispute the charge with my credit card company and they will do nothing more to help me. Their website is full of positive reviews, but there is nowhere on there or on Google to leave a review. I don't expect to get any money back from this, nor do I expect my aunt to actually get the wine I tried to send as a gift, but at least I can let others know not to order anything through WineExpress.com. They will take your money and run.

My wine was delivered to Houston hot. No dry ice. I have ordered lots of wine online and it is either delayed to cooler time of year or sent w dry ice. I asked for refund and was told it might take a few hours. It’s been days. Will pursue w credit card company.
