I was struggling communicating with one of their customer support. She didn’t seem to be reading an inquiry, and simply provided copy-pasted response that wasn’t even relevant to a request. This was totally frustrating. However, I later had Elman taking care of my case. He helped solving the issue and provided solution in a timely manner. I don't know why I'm seeing so many bad reviews for this company. I've bought from wildflower cases from many years and never had any issues, they've always lasted me a long time and the quality was good. I'm from the UK and it took exactly 2 weeks to get here (I expected that because it's from America) customer service also responded in 48 hours and sent me a tracking link which updates frequently. Thank you!

I live in the uk and it was 2 weeks after I placed my order that my phone case was dispatched and took another 2 weeks to get to me but did arrive perfectly a day before a month since I ordered, so be patient or bear that in mind before ordering. However I was very surprised when I opened my package and found not only the case I ordered but free stickers AND 2 FREE PHONE CASES! The case I ordered was in the sale as well, so although I did get a little impatient towards the end I was very happy with my purchase

Ordered here from here twice and customer service is great :) I had a problem tracking my order so they sent me new tracking info within hours of my email. Will definitely be ordering again cause I need the kitten case <3
