Ordered 2 tapered wicker baskets, after reading the reviews I was a little hesitant, but so glad I went through with my purchase. They arrived when they said they would via fedEX. Ordered Tuesday 3rd Jan arrived Friday 6th Jan, exactly as described and packed carefully as requested as I am using these as bathroom bins for my wedding in August. I ordered via weddingstar.co.uk

I customized sixty mason jar glasses for a bridal shower. They arrived sooner than expected; furthermore, were meticulously packaged. I ordered extra glasses in case any arrived broken; however, each one was flawless. I am elated at how beautiful they were. Thank you Weddingstar!

Hello - I've had a really great experience with the Weddingstar company. Very prompt and very accommodating with everything. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 star is because the way the bags shipped to us. They showed up without any plastic to protect the bags (assuming they were not put back in their bags after the embroidery was done). That extra step would probably be worth the effort in the future since I'm sure you probably receive complaints from customers that receive dirt marked products. That small fixable item aside - I think you've got a great company and I will definitely order from you again.

I like Weddingstar's face masks very much. I have 5 of them, I caught a sale. The one thing I did not like was have my purchases shipped via FedEx, about the most expensive way to ship them. I did not need instant delivery, a week or two via the Post Office is just fine by me. That option was not offered. The great product and a greater choice of shipping options would perfect.

I’ve needed personalized glasses for our office so that each of our tenants can have the luxury of using them and every tenant has been pleasantly surprised with how sophisticated the glasses look.
