The best antivirus I've ever used. It's super simple too which makes it a great combination for people who don't know much about cyber security. This combo led me to use it at my company's call center on 30+ computers, my personal computers, and my parents' computers. Easy and effective at keeping everyone and everything safe!

Not bad with the exception that I am having problems adding to another computer. Password not accepted, long wait for the code to reset.

I have difficulty knowing when the software is updated. There’s no prompting to let me know a scan is being performed on my devices. Not really sure how effective the scan is.

I guess they're doing a good job, but they don't communicate with their customers very often. I get a couple of email advertisements at Christmas, email notification when the bill is due, but I don't hear from them about what going on in the cyber world, or tips that may help their customers try and maintain a kindergarten level of knowledge in what's happening in the tech world.

I truly enjoy the service, however , I'm having an issue getting a response to a simple question. When does my subscription expire? Don't know why that seems to be an issue. It is no where on my account. The software itself is great and I'm confident in the protection.
