Wazo Furniture – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I first ordered a couch from this company at the end of August. After two weeks I still had not received any confirmation on a delivery date so I proceeded to contact customer service. I was then advised that they want an additional $343 plus tax (which apparently was only half of the fee) to deliver my $950 couch. I proceeded to cancel the order and received the email promptly that the order had been cancelled and the order had been refunded. After another two weeks, I still had not received the refund on my card so I contacted customer service again and was advised that their policy is 10-30 days for the refund. At 30 days I contacted them again as I had not received the refund, to be told it would be processed by that Friday at 5pm. The refund still was not issued by Saturday so I have proceeded to open a charge back with through my credit card company. I then emailed back today (Wednesday) to let them know that I have initiated a chargeback, only to be told if I cancel my chargeback they will escalate the refund with their accounting department. I have never received such horrible customer service from a company before. Don’t be fooled – if you have any issues, good luck getting anywhere with this company.

The Wazo Staff was very accomodating. Quick to answer my emails, very helpful. The Gorgeous Mango Coffee Table i recieved was nothing short of a showstopper!! Hopefully i can purchase the beautiful Mango End Tables next. Thanks Wazo!

I bought a sofa for 1800CAD, its materials and they were of very poor quality. The company has no responsibility for its products. I had to pay 300CAD to return it and it takes more than 1 month to complete the process. A really bad experience with this company.

Have now ordered twice from this company (bar stools, coffee table) and have had a great experience. The products were shipping quickly (within a few days of ordering) and arrived without issue - they have a great system for giving you updates on your delivery time. The products received were great quality and love how they work in my home. Would definitely recommend to order from!
