Barbara was very quick to investigate the mystery of the book not arriving, and able to find out why despite the answer being within the realms of international publishers. She was also very quick to organise the necessary refunds when it became clear the book was not actually going to arrive. Sad about the outcome, but excellent service from Barbara in sorting it out.

My special edition, signed, pre-ordered 8 months ago book arrived unsigned. I contacted Customer Service and Cathy was on top of everything! Within days, I received my replacement copy of the book (it came signed!) and I could not be happier with the experience I had.
