I am a collector and was not familiar with WatchCo prior to purchasing a Seiko Monster. I got the best price anywhere, and I mean anywhere, and shipping was quick. I also asked two dumb questions because I hadn’t purchased from them before, and both were answered quickly, politely, and accurately. I will absolutely buy from WatchCo again.

Over many weeks I have taken a fair amount of watches for bracelet adjustments to my wrist. Katie has been wonderful and always helpful in this respect. In fact the whole team are courteous, always willing to help, and I am very grateful for all their hard work. Thank you so much. Kevin

Amazing customer service response time. Shipping, items in stock are actually in stock. Shopping is as fast as promised. I would highly recommend WatchCo.com and will be using their online shop again.

Good service- I had to change out an item before shipping and they were very attentive. I think older bad reviews may have been before a customer service upgrade? Only a good experience with this company so far.
