After placing the order and waiting ten days, I looked at the reviews and immediately thought I'd been scammed. I sent an email to customer services Sunday morning, they replied that evening saying I should receive my goods the following week. The next morning, they turned up. Perhaps I was one of the lucky ones, but I got my order and the items were very well priced so I'm happy.

Quick delivery, no tracking details but it did arrive as promised. This is my second order with them. Would highly recommend as they are the best price online for many premium products. Email question about delivery was answered within 24 hours too. Great job!

Arrived after 11 days but as were told. Emma who I contacted to ask was spot on. Arrived as described. Well packed and at good price so very pleased.

I tend to disagree with other reviews as I have not a problem at all with this company,. After reading reviews I did get a little concerned as to whether I would receive them, but no problem at all, I noticed after a good week had gone by that there was no notification about being shipped out so getting in TOUCH with Emma kindly told me I would receive them by the end of the week and I did, perfectly packed for shipping and exactly what I ordered at a very good price.
