The report I got a good amount of very helpful reports. It gives me some guidance of knowing what helps me and what doesn’t benefit my mind and body. Now I’m going to start on working on eliminating the food did not help my body. This is a great start in the right guidance. I had not used the counselor’s help yet. Will get to that soon. I start with 203 lb I am now just weighed myself at 165 from vitagene helping me with my menus for food suggestions and my weight loss also helping me with vitamins. Based on my DNA thank you vitagene

Good customer service. Decided to cancel the subscription and customer service was a great help with it. Even though their 3rd party didn't get the information correctly and still shipped again and charged again customer service worked quickly to keep the charge from occurring. The products are good, the site needs a little work. It allows you to somewhat customize your products but it seems to still have a few glitches in it to be worked out. Along with the fact you cant cancel your order from the site (or I could not find where to do so) and had to communicate with their top notch customer service.

Easy to order. Well packed test kit came quickly. Directions were straightforward. Return packaging included and easy to send. Constant communication as to when returned kit was received and when my results were posted. Great experience.
