The girls were great.All were upbeat and professional. They handled everything with ease Breana had a good system and took care of me in a reasonable time. Way better experience than 2 years ago. They are very knowledgeable in their job. The team that was working that day made a very good team and should work together as much as possible. Price was I think alittle high but that's this world. These days if you have a great team you take care of them. A free lunch would be appropriate for them. Think about it because they earned it.

I had a wonderful eye exam and was fitted efficiently with two pairs of eyeglasses afterwards. While I wasn’t thrilled with the price, I can say that about everything these days. I’ve always been treated very well and any questions or concerns have been addressed and resolved quickly with a minimum of fuss. I recommend them highly.

I had my first eye exam in Visionworks Hialeah location , FL and it was an extremely positive experience. The doctor was incredibly professional and attentive, explaining every detail with patience and clarity. The entire staff was also excellent, from the reception to the assistants, everyone made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs an eye exam.

Love the service at the Glenville, New York store! The employees are professional, friendly and trustworthy. I needed new lenses in my frames. You see, I just got a new puppy and he has a habit of getting between my feet and tripping me! Down I went onto my gravel driveway at my Lake House, yep, I face-planted, scratching both lenses! I didn't want to get new frames, just new lenses. I had a really good coupon for 60% off! I was concerned about how long it would take to get new lenses, but the staff assured me it would be less than two weeks. They fixed my old glasses for me to wear while I waited. I dropped off my glasses on 5/29/24 and picked up the repaired glasses on 6/6/24!! Talk about service! I go to my eye doctor for an exam and new prescription and then purchase new frames and/or lenses at Visionworks. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I love the products and the staff!!!!

I went to the Visionworks in Easton, PA. I had a great experience from beginning to end. The girls in the front were super sweet, and helpful. They explained every part of the visit. From paperwork to every machine I was sitting at. The doctor was just as amazing. And the opticians were wonderful. They weren't pushy, they fit me for the correct size frame and explained why that was so important. Then all of my lens options were laid out in a way that pertains to how I use my glasses. They didn't bombard me with with every single option, and also educated me on every aspect of the frames and lenses. They knew my insurance plan and got me the best deal for my money. They also said to call ahead when coming to pick them up to make sure they were working that day so they could personally handle my dispense and complete my experience with Visionworks. It was absolutely the best service I've ever received when purchasing Eyewear. LOVE THEM!!
