Amazing customer service. I spoke with Kate@fly-virgin. Friendly, knowledgeable and just an all-round lovely lady! The virgin hotel NY is also incredible value for money. 5 stars ⭐️

Yet to go on this holiday but I booked before with Virgin and never had an issue and impressed so far! For our forthcoming holiday in February just had call from a Virgin representative in Orlando to introduce herself and let me know when and where I can find them when we fly out and asked if there is anything else they can assist with! Great customer service and considering I have had to go into Virgin and amend this holiday 4 times due to Covid and other reasons I have never had to pay admin fees and the lady instore was always so helpful and sympathetic as it was a nightmare to keep changing this as holidays prices have increased so much since we first booked this break for 2020!

Thank you Andrea at Virgin Holiday store at Hedge End,Southampton, for the level of service we received when we made a booking for our 2023 holiday at the Hedge End store in July last year & an amendment was made a few days ago via a phone call to the store. The level of service we received from Andrea on both occasions was Impeccable, Far better & less stressful than trying to make contact with a VH call centre, which keeps you hanging on the line for up to a couple of hours & pushing rubbish music down the phone, also telling me that my call is important to them & will be answered.

Booked a holiday to New York for Christmas, booked online which was easy. Virgin kept us up to date with emails full of information needed prior to flying. The flights both ways went smoothly with no hold ups and the hotel booked was beautiful. We only came across one problem whilst away which was one of our suitcases got lost at the baggage reclaim but as soon as we alerted virgin, they found it within 10 minutes.

Flew to and from new York flight there was easy and smooth great food and exceptional service. On way back the virgin team got us an earlier flight home at no cost. Will use again and the updates and app were fab. Thank you for an amazing holiday.
