The mother of the owner reached out via email to apologize for the inconvenience after receiving a letter from the attorney general and justice department and agreed to taking back the damaged murch for a full refund. Michelle Miller should have faced the issue head on instead of having her mother take care of her company’s messy media dilemmas. But I can’t fault her mother for taking a stand and doing what was the ethical business move. In the end I could not recommend the brand but I’m grateful for the outcome.

Purchased 2 vintage bags, and a wallet. The scent of the bags are horrid like they have been in a wet basement. They are dirty and they are damaged. The tears were glued with some type of brown resin epoxy. Zippers are old and hard to close. Reached out to customer via chat and email and they were non responsive. I was also advised the bags are fake. They have no customer support number, and that’s the first of many red flags.

From the cost quote to the sending in of the bags to the time it took to complete and return, my experience was incredibly positive. When I received the bags back, roughly three weeks later, they were absolutely gorgeous in person. Communication along the way was consistent, friendly and customer centric. My girlfriend has purchased bags from VBB as well as having an old LV revamped and her experiences have been similar to mine and completely positive.
