Had a live chat with Zubair Mughal ... great customer service. A toilet seat that we have only had for 8 months has developed severe cracks on one side. We have another, identical, one which is absolutely fine, so there must be a fault with this one. Provided photos on the chat, and Zubair has arranged for a replacement to be delivered in (hopefully!) two days. Very pleased with the customer service.

I received a pro active email when an item I'd ordered was out of stock with the delivery rescheduled. I couldn't do that date and Fazian on live chat was helpful in getting it rescheduled. The conversation was a little frustrating initially as I was told I had to get in touch again by the end of the month despite the email telling me to get in touch now, but we got there in the end.

Easy to rearrange delivery using the live chat. Very helpful assistant called Maha dealt with my enquiry.
