Via.com – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I have been using Via.com for years and highly commedable but today I was faced of sudden situation and I could not think thanks is enough to the support team especially Ms. Preethi , she resolved my issues immediately. One of the best airline fare providers. Kudos.

I did a quick booking without much research and later the payment page failed on me after making payment. I was worried after reading these reviews and quickly started following up. I was pleasabtly surprised at how efficiently and quickly the issue was addressed. I got connected to call centre within 3 rings, did not hav to go through lenghty IVR, mail response was prompt. It was not even an issue. The confirmation normally takes 40 mins to 1 hr and I directly received a confirmation from airliner within 1 hr. So am trying to leave a positive feedback, to releave some users of unnecessary anxiety, am normally into leaving feedbacks.

I have booked air ticket through via.com. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I have to cancel the booking. Via.com refunded the air ticket fee to me (excluding the transaction and cancellation fee, which is understandable). I am feeling really grateful because I understand that the outlook for the aviation and travelling market has not been good, yet via.com has been very helpful in processing the refund for affected customers like me. I will definitely support via.com in the future. I hope that via.com and the rest of the travel industry will get through this hardship and continue to stay strong.

Giving 5 stars just because all the other ratings are bad. Firstly, by getting a good deal through a travel agent, one takes the risk of exorbitant fees for changes or any discrepancies. Therefore, always double-check your entries first before you book. I took the risk and booked my flight from SIN-IST, the process was not smooth as the e-ticket took nearly 2 hours to process. After getting the e-ticket it is paramount to check with the airlines that your ticket is confirmed. I waited anxiously for the airlines (Oman Air) to confirm my ticket. To my surprise I wasn't scammed, the flight was confirmed and they had my details. Only after that, I was able to rest easy, other than that I hope everything goes well.
