I was in Verizon Wireless today on this Sunday I was welcomed in by David Bland he was very friendly helpful and very customer friendly and helped me in every aspect he could and I want him to be recognized for all his customers and got me the best deal he could do and got it so done very fast and quickly and got me all the promotions he could do and did all of his researches and I just want him to be recognized for all of this here and very friendly staff was work on April 30,2023all of them was very helpful and kind best team work I have ever experienced and customer service goes along ways thanks for everything team and David he did it all

Jeremiah at University Ave location was extremely kind and competent in helping me set up a new phone my daughter had bought for me in Boston. Kayla was also VERY knowledgeable and such a fabulous co-worker, assisting with the ID.me application. What a polar opposite experience to the store on Jefferson Rd in Henrietta. The staff there was unhelpful to the EXTREME, insisting that the current phone manager had to be AT their location, IN PERSON, WITH their ID, in order to set up my phone. They also claimed I could not be added as a manager to set up myself, for a further 30 days! What an exercise in FRUSTRATION!!! Thank you Jeremiah and Kayla for being angels in this world!!!

Store manager, Jordan Samuels, (Sun Valley Mall, Concord, CA) is probably the most professional representative I’ve communicated since I’ve been a customer at Verizon (over 15 years). I visited the store on two separate occasions within one week due to SIM card issues. There were quite a few customers there each time, but Jordan was quick and attentive to “each” customer, and he did it all with such courteousness and a smile. He was the only one in the store, yet he remained calm during the continual flow of traffic. Good work ethics such as Efficiency, Courteousness, and Good customer service will always speak volumes about an individual. Thank you Jordan.
