Top service! I had to move a home server to a rented server. I tried Velia.net. One month 100% up-time. Their support is by ticket, not chat. But their tickets are answered faster than some chats. You ask, press F5 and there's the answer. =] No problems, just your bare metal server you asked for. If you know you what you're doing, just try out them. You have full control of the machine, an easy remote access via IPMI (actually their IPMI service is easier to use than Hivelocity: no need to setup a VPN to control your hardware).
