fabric dog crate

I purchased a fabric dog crate, one of the struts snapped so I contacted customer service to see if I could order a replacement strut, I was told it was out of stock. I was asked to send photos of the issue which I did and VEEHOO kindly gave me a full refund for the crate, a refund I did not even have to ask for it was offered as good customer service. Fantastic customer service.

I got the do bed for my girlfriend’s husky!

5 star customer service

I have 4 of the veehoo beds for my old English bulldogs, one of them has scratched at the bed and has eventually put a hole in it, contacted veehoo asking to purchase a replacement fabric insert to be told there out of stock for up to 2-3 months, but as a goodwill gesture they have sent me a complete new bed free of charge, excellent customer service going above and beyond anything expected of them

We just received ours today , an totally LOVE them. Built very well an easy to assemble. We ordered 4 an will be ordering 3 more tomorrow. The frame an mess are much heavier duty . Than others I have went threw. Mine are power chewers .

Great Dog Bed

I ordered the VEEHOO dog bed on Amazon last week and I’ve loved it so far. I got the black, XL option and its a good size and blends in with my decor. My dog loves it and uses it all the time! I put a blanket on it to make it a bit more comfortable.
