en ce qui concerne vantrue , materiel de bonne qualite faut pas cracher dans la soupe , en ce qui concerne les pieces detachees , c est tres tres mauvais ne vous previens pas des frais de douane lors de l achat de vos pieces et vous vous retrouver devant le fait accomplis etoile meritee une et je suis genereux , mais c est comme sa, vaut mieux tenir cela a l oeil pour vous et vos achats ; A bon entendeur

Zubehör für Dashcam im deutschsprachigen Onlineshop bestellt. Lieferung nach 20 Tagen aus China. Zollgebühren sind auch zusätzlich angefallen. Kommunikation mit Kundendienst nur auf Englisch! Späte Reaktionen auf Email Anfragen. Nie wieder! Ich bin bedient...

I ordered the wrong product and wanted to return it. They told me under such conditions they are not obligated to pay for the shipment; fair enough. They gave me the address to send it to, I returned the product a few days ago and today I got the package back with no explanation why they don't accept it. Terrible customer service - never buy from Vantrue!

nach der Lieferung dieser vorzüglichen Kamera erhalte ich jetzt auch nach Garantie-Ablauf eine neue GPS-Halterung als Kulanz!! Außer einer erfreulichen Kommunikation finde ich ein solches Kunden-Verhalten als sehr außergewöhnlich und heute kaum noch anzutreffen. Mein nächster Kauf wird wieder ein VANTRUE - Produkt sein!
