Urban Industry UK – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

They have been great. I’ve order a pair of shoes but the wrong number. I immediately ask to return and in the website they asked me if I wanted a refund. This was Thursday before bank holiday weekend. I posted the parcel back with a printed label for free on Friday morning and as soon as I posted it Urban Industry posted the new pair of shoes without waiting to get the pair I’ve sent back. The new pair arrived on Tuesday, literally the first working day after the bank holiday. That’s pretty amazing to be fair, considering the state of Royal Mail right now. Well done!
