I have used Ultimo Electronics previously and have always found their customer service quick and efficient snd the products first class. This time I purchased a reconditioned IPad Pro 1, overall I am happy with the purchase however the battery charge is disappointing, I seem to be having to recharge it every day

I recently bought a ring doorbell and when I came across a few blips whilst setting up I emailed them. Bethany replied a few hours later, was a great help and sorted my problems swiftly. 10/10 great company, great working doorbell, very helpful- would recommend.

I purchased an Apple Watch series 2 for my son , unfortunately had a slight hiccup but problem resolved and it was replaced!!! Have bought from here a few items and never had issues and if I have all resolved

The quality of the iPhone is very good and as it’s the first one my son has purchased with his own money, I need to be reassured that he gets good value for money. It’s still early days and I hope we don’t have any technical problems with it.
