Ich habe verschiedene Bestandteile zur Beleuchtung gekauft. Alle Teile sind erstaunlich gut verarbeitet. Nicht nur günstig oder preiswert, sondern günstig preiswert und eben haptisch und funktional und übertreffen zu meiner Überraschung meine Erwartungen. Für den Versand wird direkt eine Tracking-ID zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein geliefertes Teile hatte einen Mangel. Zur Zeit meiner Anfrage gab es in China ein mehrtägiges Fest. Ich wurde darüber informiert, dass der Support während dieser Tage nur bestimmte Anfragen erledigen kann. Nach dem Fest wurde ich angeschrieben. Es ging zwar einige mal hin und her, letztenendes bekam ich ein funktionierendes nachgesendet. Der Support ist auf Englisch. Dessen sollte man sich bewusst sein. Ein guter Laden mit guten Produkten und gutem Support. Da ist jemand erreichbar und das funktioniert so. Ich werde in Zukunft sehr wahrscheinlich wieder bei Ulanzi bestellen.

I have a package that has been missing for a month. Customer service is not responding during the service hours indicated on the website. I have sent three emails requesting support and received only one response, which ignored my requests and simply stated that I needed to wait. EDIT: the package was sent back to the shop, customer service is on vacation and has left me with no news. Fantastic. Had to open an inquiry with paypal

I made another order months before and everything was perfect. Now they acted almost like scammers. I ordered a camera bagpack on 21st november 2024. They contacted me to inform me that the product was out of stock (no mention of this on the website at the time I placed the order) and that it will arrive at the end of the year. I decided to wait since I really like their products. In early january they told me it will arrive at the end of the month. around the 20th january I receive a package (with no shipping confirmation e-mail and no receipt in the box) with another cheaper smaller model of bagpack. I write them they made a mistake and they offer me to keep it and refund me 20 euros because the bagpack is now expected only in march. On their website they still have open orders for this bagpack stating it will arrive on the 28th of january!! Feeling mocked, I ask to return it since it's too small for me and they send me the address and no mention about the refund of the shipping costs or when the correct product I ordered will arrive in the warehouse! After this they where closed for vacation, I managed to sell the bagpack to a colleague and get the right one from Amazon at 60 Euros more. After my review they offered me to refund the shipping costs but still with no mention of a realistic shipping date. To me looks like they try to get as many orders as possible without knowing when they Will be able to ship.
