Assassins Creed – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Unisoft ist völlig Ok. Ich nutze es ca 1 Jahr und ist auch einer der besten Gamingportale. Die 4 Sterne deswegen da mir Beträge mehrfach in Rechnung gestellt wurde. Wurde aber nicht abgebucht. War wsl ein Systemfehler. Die haben ein Support was auch nicht jeder hat. Ist halt ein vertrauenswürdiges Unternehmen. Man kann nicht viel meckern. Mit Die Passwörter was ich bei 1 Stern gelesen habe denke ich, dass ubisoft will dass man ein starkes Passwort nimmt da es zu viele Hacker auf der Welt gibt die die Accounts hacken. Habe das auch viel durchgemacht. Nicht bei Ubisoft sondern wo anders.

Was having account issues for a month or two, Ubisoft recently introduced a live chat feature which allowed the recovery of my account. Big improvement - albeit with a service only available for a couple of hours a day -

Hab mit dem Support über den Support eine super Erfahrung gemacht. Mein Konto wurde gehackt und mir wurde schnell geholfen.

Wrote to them about not being able to access my account. They resolved it quickly and without any hassle. Not always happy with their pricing for games or other store related stuff but support is on point. Cheers!
