I bought two rings, both of which cracked. Obviously not pure Tungsten which is known for its strength. Refused a refund. Very poor. Do not use this site

Ordered the ring for my 10th wedding anniversary. A week before, I called several times because it wasn't here. Every time they said they would take care of it and have it to me on time. Failed. Beware! They will tell you we'll make sure it's there! They lied.

Update - Have ordered this 2nd week Of December and requested to be delivered before Christmas. Delivery was stuck at 15 December for 1 month. Tungsten Fashion has asked to let them know how the ring is and as it has been delivered..this was received today 19/01/2023. Giving them a 4star as their support team is not very proactive...BUT...the ring is GREAT QUALITY!!

Back in June of 2021, I ordered a necklace from this company, after a previous very positive experience buying a ring for myself. The company quickly exchanged the too-large ring for one of the perfect size, and in over two years of wearing it daily and for every conceivable activity, it looks completely new. The necklace order turned out to be more problematic. I understand supply chain issues, but after five months I was getting a little impatient. It didn't help that the company has apparently been replying to my emails, but I haven't received any replies since August. I did go on the Customer Service live chat to see if I could get a response that way, and a very helpful associate got right to the heart of things quickly. That particular necklace has apparently been a nightmare to get in, and may now arrive around late December. The associate offered to send me two different in-stock necklaces right now, or a second one of my order when it (eventually) arrives, and I said I can wait a few more weeks. At the moment, I feel very satisfied with the response of the company, and await my order eagerly.

The prices are $150.00 less than they sell at the stores around here, so we didn't know what to expect. Wow are we happy! The shipping is fast and FREE! Great quality rings and great customer service. What else can you ask for! Have sent many friends to this site and everyone has been very happy with their purchase. I hope to see more items on their site soon and will be back!
