I have had my Series 2 collar for over 2 years. My dogs wears it 24/7. I appreciate the sleep information along with the activity details. My dog has escaped a couple of times and it worked exactly as described. The live not setting got my dog back. The battery life has remained consistent. I take the base with me when we vacation and configures easily. For me, the Series 3 wouldn't be necessary for me. I can't speak to other complaints but just keep the good in mind. If the sky was falling based on these reviews, they wouldn't be in business. And you can adjust and cancel your cellular connection easily. It's not like OnStar, it is easy to use. If you didn't want it to renew, it's on you to be responsible. Not really hard to put in a calendar reminder.

Ive had the collar for two years now and no complaints at all. Heres the truth: The collar works! Does its job just like it is supposed to. Its a great way to monitor your dogs activity levels throughout the day and keep him/her on track if you are concerned about getting enough play. I love seeing where he ranks compared to other dogs in the area. Subscription: I am going to say I had ZERO problems canceling (got laid off and canceled until I had a new job). It seems like these people are not happy paying a monthly fee for this. Other than the owners who's dog have passed (RIP) I dont understand the anger about it.

I have a yorkie and he is my baby. We lost him (went to visit neighbor dogs) and we couldn’t find him anywhere. I walked around for 30 minutes bawling looking for my baby. That’s when I made the investment for the Fi Collar. Absolutely the best investment I have ever made. I was putting away groceries when my phone notified me that he was gone. I was able to fine him in less than 5 minutes.
