Airport Travel Plus – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Despite all the bad reviews, I had very good experience with this company in Apr 2023 but the car tracker showed that the car was parked at a construction site in open air. They also took the car home a night before our arrival but it was because our return flight was very early in the morning. When we missed our flight and returned with about 5 hours delay, they were kind enough to help us out at no extra cost.

This company is a scam. We booked and paid online for meet and great parking at Heathrow with Travel Airport Plus and when we turned up at terminal 3 short stay car park we were told that Travel Airport Plus didn’t pay the supplier, so I had a pay a second time.

As required, I phoned when I was 20 minutes away from Heathrow, only to be told that Travelairportplus had not passed the money to the subsidiary company. They refused to take our car unless we made immediate payment, via bank account only. Had no option but to do this and when I emailed travelairportplus, my emails were rejected. Managed to get my original payment back via my credit card, but no contact from Travelairportplus. They are definite scammers

These people are definitely scammers. I booked and paid for 11 days parking at Heathrow. (ref TP23061213278) When after many phone calls they eventually turned up to collect the car they were so late I was in danger of missing my flight. The surly person who turned up then said I had not paid even though I produced the booking confirmation which showed clearly I had paid in full. He was not prepared to take the car unless I paid him again. What could I do if I was to catch my flight. Fortunately I made the second payment by credit card so should be able to recover through them. When they returned the car at the end of my trip it had a big scratch down the side. I have used meet and greet many times but this is the first time I have been scammed. My strong advice is DO NOT USE THEM.

I booked this service to park on the 20-28 Aug 2023 without any response or information from this company.I think they are scammers.I would appreciate if anyone has any info on how to recover my £81 paid to this company please.
