Fabulous customer service! Delivery address entered incorrectly on website (entirely my own fault - I should have checked more carefully!) Sharon from Customer Service went above and beyond to contact me to find correct address, calling me back and emailing me when I couldn't get to the phone because of my job. Thank you so much - it wasn't your mistake, and you went above and beyond to get my parcel out.

I have been buying from them for years and am very happy with them. They provide valuable support to vulnerable people and communities and the goods are good quality and worth the price. Other commentators have mentioned courier problems and this is the flaw - I no longer buy juice or olive oil from them because of too many damaged deliveries where everything in the package was saturated and unusable.
