My partner uses this store approximately 2-3 times a week.The staff are always cheery and welcoming which make a big difference, especially on rainy cold days.They are very knowledgeable on a wide variety of products and appliances,and if a product isn't available will either order it for you or give you a date when it will be back in store. Ailsa and Jane are great at letting you know when offers are on and when they are about to end. And the boys on the timber saw are excellent, definitely know their stuff.

Great stock items for all diy especially Sunday good for the trade too good value basics for builders plus no hastle getting the gear. Put it on the trolley push to the till the amount of times I’ve gone to a builders merchant and tried to find a member of staff so time and money saved

TradePoint B&Q excellent. All very helpful staff. Infact after ordering internal doors and external pipe, they mentioned they also sell carpets? Which I didn't know and successfully bought carpets & vinyl flooring with them as well. Saved me hours going elsewhere.

Visited Trade Point Milton Keynes around 3.39pm on Saturday 7th January 2023 We were served by William we had a trolly of items mouse couple of items that needed to be ordered. William couldn’t have been more helpful, we always get good service but William went the extra mile today and deserves recognition. Polite helpful and amazing customer service. Got a seat for my wife who has sprained her knee, went and got stock from the store that we couldn’t find and other items that although advised as order only were available in store! Thank you
