Life time warranty on my frother and when I got in touch saying it doesn’t work all the time they said because I bought it from another retailer they can’t honour the lifetime warranty, never said anything when I registered and I sent photo evidence where I bought it from

Offer you a lifetime guarantee you try and take up that offer of the guarantee as the whisky is not working and they don’t honour this! I’ve emailed proof of purchase 4 times and they keep emailing back ignoring the proof and asking me to change the battery not very helpful at all. I don’t want to purchase another as I feel I should have the lifetime guarantee!

Top notch customer service! Emailed on a Sunday evening re: my frother that stopped working. Had a response within hours and multiple communications through the week, with a replacement received by Friday. Not sure of the exact date, it was earlier this year. Bought myself the milk frother at Xmas to go with my Brewdini. I wasn't expecting much to be honest, and I was expecting to have to replace the batteries a lot, based on some of the reviews I'd read, so bought myself a charger and rechargeable batteries to go with it. The milk frother arrived fast and I love the little stand it comes with. It's super powerful and only takes a few seconds to froth the milk. For once all the claims on the website are correct, and I've been using it daily for months now, because it makes such a difference, using the original batteries, so I've never yet had to use the rechargeable ones. I needed to ask a question before buying and found customer services really helpful. I also like the background behind the company and the lifetime warranty, which I have confidence in.

Milk frother makes a huge difference in my morning coffee. I used this to mix milk with some cinnamon and now its like I have a cinnamon dolche latte from Starbucks. It's amazing how fluffy the milk gets in just like 30 seconds.
