Bought a ZTE Axon 40 ultra but decided…

Bought a ZTE Axon 40 ultra but decided to cancel it less than 30 minutes later. They told me the order was cancelled and I would be refunded instantly. 25 emails later, 1 call to their customer service line and still no refund. I had to open a Paypal resolution to get my money back. They just kept saying that I will get my refund in a few days ... that never came. Honestly AVOID this scam company!

Pessima esperienza

Pessima esperienza. Promo Black Friday, impossibile acquistare prodotti in promo, nonostante li avessi già nel carrello e avessi iniziato il processo di pagamento (ero già sul sito PayPal). Mi sembra un comportamento veramente poco serio, soprattutto considerando l'azienda in questione. Sconsiglio totalmente ZTE (inoltre dal loro sito cancellano le recensioni che non sono positive. Meno male che c'è trustpilot)
