We ordered a Crane 4 (which we paid over $600 for on amazon) from this company and they sent us a crane plus gimbal (which is valued at just over $400) that was inside of the crane 4 box and was clearly used. It has scratch marks all over it and the rechargable batteries are corroded.

I bought the Crane M2 gimbal back in October 2017 and have had issues with the Vortex Mode that they refuse to believe is a part of a defective product. I have followed all of their instructions in order to eliminate balancing as a cause. When i asked them to address the issue they Stopped all form of communication with me. Terrible customer service that leaves me with a non-functioning product.

I got the weebill lab and hadnt opened it up for a while. when opened found that that small screw plate that holds the main sliding plate is loose. doesnt hold the plate tight even when fully tightened. send zhiyun the video of the malfunction, refused to send us the part that cost 5USD. Reason being it has already been three months after purchase date for them to send us the part for free. What about the warranty of the product. it wasnt mishandled or damaged by use. It came faulty on purchase. I don't know what to do and surely dont understand why is it so difficult for a company this big to acknowledge a genuine issue. Apparantly i can buy it off them for 5USD but will cost me 18USD to ship the part that is not even 5 grams. Everytime I messaged them i had to wait a day or more to get a response. At the moment they just replied to my message on facebook and when i replied to it instantly and there is no response, the message has been read. Shows the integrity of the company and support to their customer. Ignoring is not the solution. I mean, everyone has their own experience with whatever company they choose but this has been mine and will definitely be thinking twice before clicking that button.

i purchased a evolution 3 gimble have used it maybe 5 times.will switch on but not function,i contacted the company in uk that sold it to me, they no longer sell this company's products, my guarantee has just run out,,have tried to email zhiyun, also telephone them without success, there phone number is on existent,,emails are useless, beware of these rouges ,there products are very expensive, there after sales are crap. i am now left with a very expensive piece of metal, brand new in box ,yet useless, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED,

Same experience as the last two posts. Nowhere on their website do they state that the units are not in stock. I waited over a week for the package to be shipped, and since then it's been two weeks and my package is either lost in the USPS system or broken. They have no phone number, and are not very responsive and will not issue me a refund. I paid over 700 dollars for a gimbal, and as of today (oover 20 days since ordering with guaranteed priority shipping) I have neither my money, nor the slightest idea where my gimbal is. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY SHOULD BE REPORTER TO THE TEXAS ATTORNEY GENERAL.
