Customer service regarding delivery of the glasses was great. I'm having trouble contacting since delivery though, as the glasses are not recording.

Don't buy from this company. I bought the kestrel Wi-Fi glasses and they wouldn't connect to the network the side got too hot to wear and then they charged me 15% of my purchase price to return them. Trash ass company. All their refund policy says is money back guarantee. Then it goes on to comment on the underhanded tactics of customers who buy stuff and return them. Maybe they're afraid if they just say their policy outright that they're going to charge you 15% - 30% every time you return something they're afraid nobody would buy their crap. I told him it didn't work I told him it got too hot to wear and they still charged me.

Yall run a great business. Quick delivery and customer support is even better!
