First rate customer service, my jug was split on the bottom when it arrived and customer service arranged for a replacement to be sent out, can’t fault the product either, it’s easy to use and the water is definitely pure!

Great service received my order very quickly .Though filters gone up a extra £4 each since I bought my last batch . Think this may be due to hardly any discount offered this time on a bulk order. (Last time I bought 8 )
