ZARA HOME Tracking Order Status

Ho ordinato dei barattoli su Zara Home ed un dosatore per cucina... mi è arrivato tutto nei tempi indicati... tutto incartato perfettamente ma i coperchi dei barattoli sono inguardabili...nella foto sul sito erano bellissimi e di legno scuro come li volevo io ... addirittura ho anche chiesto in chat la conferma che fossero così e mi è stato confermato. Invece sono parte in legno marrone chiaro parte quasi beige e li ho pagati una follia ...mai più!

Honnêtement quand j ai lu les commentaires j ai eu peur de commander, puis j ai finalement tenté et que du bonheur… Colis arrivé à la date prévue, bien emballé et article de qualité très correcte pour son prix…

Commande longue, colis endommagé (miroir) renvois de commande après un long délais d'attente d'enquête Chronopost, deuxième envoi reçu colis impeccable mais article abîmé !! Pas de geste de dédommagement rien excepté un renvois possible sauf qu'avec les délais + litige Chronopost je ne tente pas un 3eme envois. Service client présent mais réponse non acceptable un groupe comme Zara qui ne dédommage pas le client, irrecevable...
