Zappos is excellent. Their return policy is unmatched.

What the heck is this low cumulative rating about? Zappos is my go-to store for all footwear. I have difficult to fit feet and am unable to find the size I need at most brick and mortar stores. Zappos makes it simple for me to order multiple shoes, try them on, and return them. Their 365-day guaranteed FREE return period is unmatched. They don’t charge restocking fees either (many shoe sellers do…I’m looking at you, Shoes.com). I have ordered hundreds of shoes from Zappos, of various types & brands. I’ve only kept a fraction of them. I don’t do this for sport. I truly have a problematic feet. I have never once had trouble with the Zappos sales & service staff. It feels to me like someone’s intentionally sabotaging this company’s rating. It isn’t warranted. Zappos, please keep up the great experiences. Thank you.

What customer service should strive to be

Let me tell you about the 5 or so great experiences I have had with these folks. The first time I ordered the wrong size. They had the right size here before I had even dropped the returns off. Perfect experiences the next two orders. Again, I ordered a smaller size that I needed, same thing, got to me so I could wear the new ones to drop off the incorrect ones. The last I used them , a week or so back, they went well above and beyond helping me return some work boots. I have never had such good customer service experiences in actual stores. The selection is huge, the prices are on point and the customer service is almost unmatched. They took care of my problem to a much higher level than I had even hoped for.

Anytime I have had an issue with an order or a question, Zappos’s customer service representative has immediately remedied the situation. This experience is so rare nowadays. I will always be a shopper of this company. Thank you.

Zappos has changed

Zappos used to be the place to go for shoes, with 1-2 day shipping and excellent service. Everything has changed, they overpromise and under-deliver. Now it takes a week to get an order with no option to expedite, and the box is often beat up.

Maria in Customer service department was great! I reached out via chat option, and she was able to help me out and fix my issue within 5 minutes. Great service, you normally don’t come across such stellar service with online retailers. I will be ordering again and Maria deserves a shout out for being so friendly and knowledgeable.
