Zapals Tracking Order Status

Zapals.com shipped every item I ordered from the site the only issue I ever had was it took forever to get to me I usually ordered items from the freebie section using PayPal every time I see a lot of bad reviews, but I gave three stars because of the shipping I haven’t ordered from zapals in two years so things just have changed

Не советую данный магазин! Из 6 заказов получил 1, за 3 вернули средства, оставшиеся 2 так и не получил, на сообщения в поддержку не отвечают, деньги не возвращают. Видно, первый возврат сделали для затравки, создать иллюзию защищенности покупателя. Жаль поздно узнал, что можно открыть спор на PayPal, прошло более 180 дней

I’ve purchased a number of items in the last 12 ~ 18 months and all arrived in good order, as advertised and near to estimated delivery date. In late February I ordered another item expecting the same service. Item still has not arrived, I have Requested status via customer service email link. The Bot confirms receipt but no real update is sent. Now the Bot isn’t even replying. I am canceling and requesting that PayPal recover my payment.

Found the best price on Zapals, globally. Quickly ordered, no issues. Package tracking just fine. Product received, working as expected. The site & app perhaps not 100% pro but ok. From order to door just over 30 days, a bit long but expected (Asia-Eur). Overall pretty good, I'm very happy. Would buy again if price is good.
