Zalora PH Tracking Order Status

Zalora has a variety of products and brands to choose from but some unisex products' sizing option is confusing. Found an item on Women category and would assume that the size displayed on the product details page is women's size but it turned out that it is men's size since the product is unisex but there's no indication or note on the details of the product. So it is better to ask the customer care as what you see on the product details page is not what it is. In addition, you can't change shipping address once order is placed but not yet packed. All you need to do is cancel the order and order again which is a waste of time and effort. So disappointed with the process.

Trusted Online Shopping Platform. When ordering in Zalora I have no doubt that I will receive the item in a good condition and as expected. I hope that they include more items but for now I am happy and contented with my Zalora experience.

I am happy with my experience using this application. The delivery was just on time and the products that I received was the right item. My only request is that if they could provide better packaging so that the boxes are in better condition.
