Zagg Tracking Order Status

I had a simple ? Bout a warranty replacement.. if i was registered etc. On hold 40 mins. No one to answer. Day before, i called closed for training during business hours. Very frustrated , long time consumer. Need a live chat option for new order etc

While I don’t appreciate the shipping fee, the product (screen protector) saved my phone- the protector was seriously cracked from a hard fall, but there was NO damage to the phone. I could have avoided the shipping fee by going to a local authorized service store, but chose to have the replacement shipped.

Zagg has a great product. However, for replacements, it's totaly BS to pay a shipping fee. IF you get a new product, there is no shipping fee. Lame excuses about processing/wharehouse fees. The screen probably didn't even cost the $20 to make. If I could remember the other company I used with a lifetime warranty that also cost about $60 bucks (with no warranty shipping), I'll go back to them.

Zapp has a very good screen protector and phone covers, but there processing of orders is the worst. This order took 4 days for them to process and they claim they use Fedex to ship, but it's really Fedex using the Postal service. My products were to be his yesterday and it was obvious via the tracking that it was stuck on a truck in KS someplace. Now delivery is Wednesday, three days later than scheduled.

You have to watch the video. The cleaning instructions are very important. I would test fit the protector over the applicator before you put the phone in. If you have to force it on to the pegs in any way it will droop and it will hit the screen. Mine did not just drop on to the pins like the video shows. The one thing they leave out in the video is the bubbles will clear up you must make sure that the screen is absolutely lint free. But after 1 or 2 days all the bubbles will be gone.
