great service! Easy to use website! The first photo I sent in turned out to be too low resolution for them to produce a nice looking product. Rather than taking my money and running - they let me know this and asked for a selection of other photos from which they picked the best

I ordered two portraits about a week before Christmas. They responded very quickly when I placed my order, advising that my pictures didn’t meet the requirements and what I needed to do to rectify it. Once my pictures were correct they then sent through a proof of my portraits for me to confirm I was happy with them before they were produced and sent out. The order arrived a couple of days later. Very pleased with the whole process and especially my portraits.
